Video #1 - 5'4" first attempt. Approach pacing looks very two-tiered. A smoother ramp-up is desired. Nice use of arms for lift. Excellent phase-in of Arch as you rise, with maximum arch at the very peak of the jump! A VERY solid jump +4" clearance.

Video #2 - 5'6" first attempt. Nearly identical to your first jump. Good speed at the bar and a pretty vertical release.

Video #3 - 5'8" first attempt. A solid attempt. Need to get used to the delayed timing at these higher heights. You are high enough, but break the jump right onto the bar. More time in-arch is required to get butt PAST the bar at 5'8" than at 5'4". Add delay/filler words to what you're saying in flight...

Video #4 - 5'8" second attempt. Your head goes back, but your back does not arch as nicely here as on your other jumps. Timing is slightly better in the air.

Video #5 - 5'8" third attempt. Similar to the previous jump. I think you can make 5'8" with just some fine tuning. To move up from there though, we will need to change the path of your flight. Take off a little closer to the bar and release more straight up. Your parabola will be taller and narrower than it is now... Once you clear 5'8" we can begin to make the change.
