Video #1 - Very vertical release allows you to jump from CLOSE to the bar and have a TALL parabola. Beginnings of a GREAT arch, but then an early break? You're so high you kick it from below!!!

Video #2 - Oops - sorry :-)

Video #3 - HUGE clearance! You are getting the benefits of the new approach much quicker than I thought you would, without any of the problems I feared we might see. This makes me think you should be starting in meets at 4'10" or 5'0" with the new approach!

Video #4 - Poor vide work by me again. But you can really see the Lean on the 5-step curve which is great. Look at the frame entering 10! and you can see you still have most of the Lean, then a nice vertical release, and the beginnings of the un-leaning effect.

Video #5 - Great release & rise - very powerfull. Still need to refine the pacing on the new approach to be more what we want. This could be a 5'6" jump but the falling-reflex still has you breaking too early. I know you're focused 100% on the new approach, but just some things to keep in mind...
