These video clips are from our practice focusing on Arch technique and control!

Video #1 - I do see some chin-back Arch here soon after you leave the ground, but it only lasts for one frame of video - followed by two more frames where you're still definitely RISING but your face has already come forward, essentailly taking you OUT of the arch. Need to bring the arch on more slowly, and HOLD it at least to the top of the jump!

Video #2 - Better result from better POP & timing, but if you draw the line between your bar-side hip and shoulder, I never see that face BEHIND the line; no arch detected :-(

Video #3 - Look at the frame with your face just in front of the closer upright. See how high your mid-back is above the crossbar? THAT is the height potential we need to realize! We need to work on proper Arch & kick to control everything we see hanging down below that mid-back!!!
