Video #1 - Good to look at video finally and see where you are! You sometimes get a pacing pause in your approach, as is clear here in this clip = 7-8-(little pause)-9-10! This may be because your arms go forward together, back together, forward together, which OK I admit is like the 8-9-10 arm swing drill, but not ideal for an actual jump (that gives me an idea for something new!). We will work on "arms" a lot more when I return. Another aspect of this jump is a noticeable lean FORWARD on 9 - would rather see you stay tall and leaning into the center of your turn, away from the bar all the way through 7-8-9-10! Looking at last frame of video with plant foot toe still on the ground, then forward cursor one frame to see first frame with that toe off the ground, you see your release angle is not as vertical as we'd like, but we will work on that, too. Look at these things in Jesse's clips and compare what she does. Your arms and drive leg are powerfull and provide a LOT of lift on this jump! Your knee through at takeoff is great for a perfectly perpendicular crossing! Also the frame at the top of the jump shows some back arch and you're way up high over the bar. We'd like to see your head in that frame behind your arm instead of in front of it, feeling the stretch of the arch in your chin.

Video #2 - No noticeable pause-step on this one. Pacing is strong and ramps up slightly - not bad! Another powerful jump, and the thing I like about this one if you go frame-by-frame, is you see that right when those heels are getting close to the bar, you proactively SAY and execute a solid "kick" to remove them from peril and flip yourself over the bar. Maybe knee-tuck at takeoff is placing your heals closer to the bar than they should be (Liam has this problem often).

Video #3 - OK this one is icky. Arms are completely FROZEN on 7-8, no pace-up into the bar = no energy at takeoff for the height... Then last frame where we can still see your chin it is already on your chest (even though your hips are still rising) which causes you to sit into the crossbar. Video #2 is the best of this series. Lookat Jessie & Annie videos to see amazing arch which is HELD long after shoulders fall below hips - sometimes you even see knees above hips above shoulders and the head is STILL tipped back!
