Video #1 - A little stiff & mechanical in 1-6, but you do get rhythm going. A little harsh on the turn at step 7 and the whole turn could be more circular - you were probably stretching this approach to get to the bar? Good Above side-to-side, if anything you're tipped back a bit. See that you are diagonal over the crossbar? My favorite thing about this jump is that you land high on your shoulder blades - you are my most fearless jumper right now!

Video #2 - I LOVE the PACING on this JUMP!!! More energy = higher, even with the same tip-backward instead of Above at takeoff. Notice your drive knee comes up very parallel to the bar instead of THROUGH? This is why you cross diagonal instead of perpendicular. If we can get you crossing more perpendicular to the bar your heights will increase.

Video #3 - So this jump you were focusing on driving your knee up & THROUGH - and you can see that you do it and cross MUCH more perpendicular to the bar - TERRIFIC!!! You can also see that becuase you were focusing on that, your approach pacing was weaker than we normally want it to be. Count your steps out loud as you watch (this clip starts with step 3). See how the pacing of 7-8-9-10 is just blah in contrast to the great pacing of clip #2? When you put both together, great pacing + a strong drive knee up & through, it will be a wonderfully powerful thing!

Video #4 - And here it is! This is 4-2 and you deliver great pacing and pretty good knee through, so it is a bigger jump and you cross mostly perpendicular to the crossbar (though not quite as perpendicular as clip #3). The best thing about this jump is that you hold your arch and I can see shoulders below hips below knees at the top of the jump before you kick out. The first thing to touch the landing pit is your shoulder blades again. I see a lot of great potential in your jumping!
