Video #1 - I think step 6 is far away and this approach is steep... Your steps reach to get to a good takeoff spot on 10. You do release nicely to vertical and if you go frame-by-frame, you can see that you're plus a foot when fully arched, and then break the jump before your rear is completely past the bar, coming close to a bar strike - we want to delay that break timing for you...

Video #2 - Again the approach - 8-9 are a real reach to get there, so much so that your knee buckles a little on 8... Gotta get 6 closer to the 45 degree line. This ends up being more of a long jump than a high jump because you have so much forward momentum trying to get to the bar, that you cannot release it to vertical effectively. Good to see this on video, frame-by-frame!

Video #3 - More of the same, regarding the approach adjustment we need to make. This one also really shows the "falling reflex" where as soon as you begin to fall at the top of the jump, your rear drops breaking the arch too early. We need to fight that reflex and hold the arch past that point...

Video #4 - In this one we also see that the reaching of the approach also diminishes the pacing ramp up we want. Again, as I was saying at practice, it all comes back to the approach! Having the approach and step 6 off has so many consequences later in the jump. Good news is that fixing one thing will address many "symptoms"...
