Video #1 - Nice pacing on approach, and nice shape of the J turn. Shoulders pre-turned away from the crossbar at step 10 is not desirable. Pretty good vertical release.

Video #2 - Shoulder pre-turn again, and not a good arm finish to maximize lift. Jump falls through crossbar instead of rising over it. Knee comes through nicely though to create a perpendicular crossing of the body over the crossbar.

Video #3 - Similar jump to #2, just viewed from a different angle.

Video #4 - Nice approach pacing. Nice patience & timing in the air. A pretty well executed jump.

Video #5 - This jump shows a classic "cutting the bottom off the J". You run straight from step 6 toward the crossbar instead of staying on the arc of the turn. Result is a body diagonal to the crossbar in flight, instead of perpendicular.

Video #6 - Better approach shape, I shoot video from this angle to check the LEAN in the approach turn - you don't have much! Pacing is a little flat here, too.

Video #7 - Again, running pretty straight at the crossbar on this one. Would rather see a circular turn with good Lean-in. Might have made this one with an adjustment back of your starting point?
