Video #2 - Video #3 - Video #4 - Video #5 - Well paced approach - not a paniced 80% or anything, just an assertive 70-something to produce the energy needed for the jump. GREAT arm-load in 7-8 without pacing down and the gun is loaded at 10! Look at the first 2 frames where your head is past the closer upright and you can see at least 4 inches above this 5-2 at the full arch on top. You still break it a little early (correction from the prior jump) to get a slight brish at the back end of the jump, but a super impressive 5-2 clearance with two solid adjustments. The only thing I would gripe about this jump is a pretty severe shoulder turn away from the crossbar 9 to 10, which steals some of the Above from your Release at takeoff. I still believe with just focused technical work - no weight room - you could be at 5-6 or higher very quickly! |
