Video #1 - Nice approach shape and OK pacing on this one. When step 10 hits the ground, shoulders are already facing away from the bar, though. Full arm rotation is causing an early Arch rotation - we need to fix this! (Beth used to have this problem!) Your excellent Arch skills and good timing in the air save this jump :-)

Video #2 - This view is supposed to show us Lean. You have a little, but not enough - your head is tipped all the way over, but YOU are not really leaning! The approach shape is circular, but pacing is too slow to make you need any Lean here. Your 9-10 is pretty flat here, too - this is what killed you in CIF - let's work on that some!

Video #3 - This is 4'10" or 5'0". Step 9 is placed better here, but pacing is too weak for this height. You arch directly into the crossbar instead of getting up over it first...

Video #4 - A lot like clip #3. Go frame-by-frame through steps 9-10 and the release of the jump. Feels like the plant leg gives out and the jump just fades into the bar instead of popping up. With the arms not contributing to lift like they should it is up to the legs to do it ALL - and they can't on this attempt at the high height again. You need to maximize lift from the "Big Three"!
