Video #1 - Steps 8-9-10 are not as circular as I would like - we need to continue to make sure your curve is circular on your approach. Your "release" is not vertical on this jump and you don't keep your shoulders ABOVE your hips - see the "see-saw" motion? Nice pacing on the approach and good energy & POP at the bar!

Video #2 - Better circular curve on this approach. Your pacing is a bit choppy, but good energy at the bar. GREAT big arms and drive leg through for lift, and you cross nice and perpendicular on this one. Still no "Above" like we've worked on lately (but these videos are OLD now).

Video #3 - Pacing on this one is IMPRESSIVE! Lots of ramp-up and energy - look at the POP on this jump!!! Look how high your drive-knee gets - like 6 feet high! If we really work on "Above" and a more vertical release we should be able to get to 4'8" this year.
