Video #1 - There is a definite break in flow on the approach at step 7 - do you see it? We want to smooth that out so the straight and turn are more smoothly blended together. LOT of pop & height on this jump - even with NO arch!

Video #2 - I think the step 7 "event" is because when you look to the bar your head and shoulders are turning very sharply - we want only the head to turn, but not the shoulders. We can work on that. You do a nice job of staing "above" your hips at takeoff - one of the real strengths of your jumping. Chin just never gets back for any arch...

Video #3 - A little smoother at step 7 here. Problem is you let your drive leg "tip" you backward - like the drinking bird :-)

Video #4 - Pacing of the approach is a little blah, but would you look at that CHIN ON CHEST? You drive up nicely at takeoff, but then prevent any possible arch with the chin-on-chest...

Video #5 - Similar to the prior jump, but here you're arching while still on the ground. Less good upward drive at takeoff on this one.

Video #6 - 4-step: Need more Lean into the turn - that's AWAY from the bar! Without the Lean you cannot release vertically and this "fall" through the bar is the result. I can tell how much you LOVE 4-steps!

Video #7 - Knee UP - pivot at the hips - shoulders going DOWN as you try to rise. This does not have the drip up and staying "Above" like we talked about. We see your face in every frame of this video, which means chin never gets back...

Video #8 - Just like #7. I know you don't like them, but 4-steps WILL help your jumping in the long run :-)
