Video #1 - Your first step on the surface is step #4. I like the shape of the approach, nice circular turn at the end. Watch it at speed and cound the steps - pacing is flat, even slowing down at the end. Go frame-by-frame (use the right/left cursor arrow keys) and find the last frame with your plant foot still on the ground. Is your release nice and vertical? Or going into the bar? Main thing you need is MORE SPEED!

Video #2 - I was late on the video on this one, but you can tell you have better speed! And I LOVE those high arms giving you lift at takeoff. Much better on the vertical release here, which you can do because you have more speed. This is a terrific jump for you!

Video #3 - Count as you watch the steps (this video starts with step 4). Pacing is totally FLAT and uninspiring :-( Make it sound the way you want it to sound!!!

Video #4 - Better pacing and a better jump. Again, great high "Finish" with your arms way up to create lift - I wish everyone could do this like you! This jump ties ("confirms") your 4'0" PR - very nice!

Video #5 - Pacing is too slow & not building up enough for this attempt at 4'2". I'm also detecting a skip-step in there at 8-9, and you're getting too far down the bar, taking off in the middle. All things we can work on as we clean up your approach...
