Video #1 - Hi Brianna! I see some improvements here from the summer! Your pace-up on 7-8-9-10! is noticeable here, though not yet "impressive" - we'll keep working to improve it. I really like your strong knee drive and lift, but we need to cursor through the video frame-by-frame... The frame BEFORE step 10 hits the ground, your shoulders are turning away from the crossbar and you chin is already coming up to "arch". Watch these two things progress until the last frame where your plant foot toe is still on the ground. At that point your drive leg is up STRONG with thigh parallel to the ground, BUT arms are in tight to your sides and tucked away in a quick turning rotation = no lift from them. Also you are clearly "fully arching" at this point before you've left the ground so no "rise time" has elapsed. As a result shoulders are not above & being driven upward by your hips. This is where I see that your injury time has you a little behind this technical progress that some of the others have made. It is one thing to be there and be engaged listening (which I REALLY appreciate) but it is another thing to do the jumps and gain the experience from those repititions. We'll continue to make progress together "one bad cat at a time."

Video #2 - Slightly better pacing on this one, and better on the "above" too, though the premature arch is still there as your biggest problem right now - we will fix that. I like your timing on this jump and it is well-centered. You are showing some good fearlesness, too, with your seat NOT the first thing to touch the landing mat. Some of the things that are hardest to teach you do instinctively, which is why I believe you will make steady progress as we learn and drill on the other teachable components of HJ.

Video #3 - Here in addition to the habits we'll work to correct, you just jump from a step 10 that is too far away from the crossbar. As a result you jump very sideways as opposed to finishing UP and staying more above...

Video #4 - Again, pacing is flat here because you're just reaching to get to the bar - too far away. We (both) need to do a better job of detecting this and fixing it early in the practice sessions! Best jump to study from this group is #2.
