Video #1 - 4-2 second attempt. Perfect 70 approach; easy and assertive with modest pacing. Very good control. Go frame-by-frame & watch arms. Together & ahead of you on 7, low on 8, up & back BIG on 9 - this is an explosive Ready to FLY position with still good Lean at 9! But then chin back very early into 10, elbows locked to waist, drive knee blocks at 45 degrees low - all restricting lift. Release angle is not bad on this one. As soon as we see your head behind the upright, look how high above the bar your back and shorts are! But chin is already down on chest at this point. This video tells me your approach is VERY strong and YOU need more work on take-off and in-air aspects of HJ at this point - a GOOD thing! A huge 4-2 clearance is a little close on the back side because of an early break of your arch... Very nice perpendicular crossing, too!

Video #2 - 4-4 first attempt. I like the pacing on this approach - 72% or more now, so all the low knee drive and T-Rex finish arms can't convert the extra energy to vertical. This jump releases through vertical to the bar. And still you get well above 4-4 - no shirt or shorts strike, it is mid-leg that contacts as you drift through...

Video #3 - 4-4 second attempt. Another terriffic approach! Maybe we could smooth out your transition into the curve at 5-6-7 but your approach looks MUCH improved and stronger to me! This was the OMG jump you really popped. After your plant foot leaves the ground I see hips rise, rise, rise, rise in 4 consectuve frames of video - then in the 5th frame you chin is on your chest breaking the arch to see WHAT the heck is going on!! Your back is 4 inches above 4-4 at this point... The early break causes a near miss at this not-for-long PR height.

Video #4 - 4-4 bonus attempt. Again I see a gap above the bar, but lack of "Above" in your Release just causes this jump to tumble early and "stall" onto the crossbar.
