Video #1 - Pacing is flat on this one, but we were still getting use to the cones guiding a circular turn. This is less than 70% as I
see it...
Video #2 - Pacing's a little better on this one, and effort probably at 70% now. Go frame-by-frame and look at the turn. Step 7 comes across your straight line nicely, by 8 you are leaning well, and even as 10 hits the ground you are still leaning away very nicely. Look at the angle between the vertical upright and your plant-leg. So from there you have a nice un-lean as you release to vertical. If anything you get to full-arch too quickly, not allowing for rise-time - but we were working on circular turns and leaning! Video #3 - A less-committed lean here, which you can see compared to the last video - especially as your step 10 touches the ground. As a result the release is not quite as vertical, and into the crossbar a bit. Look at the last frame with your plant-foot toe still on the ground... You should look absolutely vertical in that frame - and even the first frame after that where your toe has left the ground... Video #4 - This one is similar to #3, and you break your arch right down onto the crossbar... /TD> |
